Below is what we ran on social for agents who got a perfect 10 score based on their clients feedback. We then have them use this on their social pages as well as ours to let our customers know that we care about them.
I created this video as a start up for CX. The main goal was to get peoples attention about customer experience in the work place and then push it out to social with our consumers. I pushed for a video, since any sort of movement will get more visability compared to a still image. We have a few big TV's around our home office, and we used this video below to engage the people with what CX is and what it has to offer.
